Took my cat here for the first time- was extremely impressed with the service and how friendly/ warm all staff were. I would have no issue leaving my pets in their care again. Thank you :)

The staff including the duty vets are welcoming friendly and caring towards our pets. Always helpful and caring when there is any form of adversity. They will arrange emergency appointments should one be needed and if appointments need to be moved are very efficient and helpful.

I don’t have lots of bad things to say about this vets, I don’t doubt that they care for the animals they see however, we have just left and moved else where. We felt on a few occasions we weren’t given enough information about the treatment our dog was receiving and felt like consultations were slightly rushed, not allowing sufficient time for detailed explanations. Again on multiple occasions it felt like they went straight for the most extreme and expensive treatment without any other options. Being first time dog owners we just took what was being said and offered at face value, with more experience and knowledge now we just felt more comfortable moving. Everyone we saw were always super friendly and helpful and they really seemed to appreciate the feedback given as to why we moved in order to improve their services. I won’t say I don’t recommend this vet, because like I said before they do clearly care for the animals in their care, just be sure you’re asking all the questions and are comfortable with the treatment plan you are given.
