Amazing experience, all the staff were incredible from the reception staff to the vet! My dog is usually very very nervous about vet visits and the vet staff all made a big fuss of him and made him (and me!) feel comfortable. From initial call to the end of the visit (including travel time) was less than an hour - thank you!!!

Absolutely awful experience, came in for an emergency appointment because my puppy had loads of 🩸 in his stool. When we got here he was very nervous and was barking at the other dogs, we then got asked to move and wait outside because we were scaring the other animals…. After waiting for 30 minutes outside we were called in, she took his temperature and his heart rate then left and told us to wait here. We were there for a whole hour with nothing at all, no updates, no nothing. Called it a day and walked out. NEVER again. If you care about it animals and want them to be treated quickly, do NOT come here.

Out of hours emergency call put me in contact with this practice. Exceedingly bad advice over the phone for my dog having a seizure. Arrived at the practice and stood in reception for full five minutes before anyone came........ no more than one minute very basic examination and I was charged over £300 - left and went to my own vet where I received the usual first class service and care. I would never use this practice again for any out of hours, all they are interested in is taking your money. My complaint went nowhere...... very poor

Took are cat Ginger whom became extremely critically unwell and poorly early hours of the morning. Veterinary doctor Amanda was very understanding and gave my cat proper care and attention and advised of the various options we may want to explore without any pressure. Lauren was sooo kind and compassionate. Ginger was treated with such dignity and respect and at his final resting we were able to say our good byes personally. Lauren handled the insurance claim queries adeptly which took soo much pressure of us during such a difficult time. Thanks so much we really appreciate the kindness received at such an emotional time.
