  My dog has ITP and it needs regular blood tests (every 2 weeks). She had her blood taken for a test in January. The results were completely messed up. I have contacted the clinic, I have sent a complaint asking for my money back as I had to go to Royal Veterinary College - Queen Mother Hospital for another blood test and had to pay a further £250 for that. As I said, I have sent a complaint to Medivet over a month ago asking for a refund. I had to chase them, I must have called about 5 times. It’s almost March now and I did not hear back from them. I did not get my money back either. The practice manager cannot be bothered to speak to me or sort this out. I will therefore escalate this, I have already contacted RCVS and VCMS. I will not stop until the person who was supposed to do their job gets fired. I was very patient but now it looks like they’re taking the mick

  THE 5 STAR RATING IS FOR SPECIFIC STAFF - NOT Medivet. Amazing staff who provided exceptional patient care. Special mention to Chris, Kacey (apologies if spelled wrong) and Isabelle, and Adeline and Tatiana (vets). They are angels without wings! I received the wrong diagnosis from previous 3 vets at Hendon branch and also at Kingsbury. As a result, my furry baby was in a critical condition. It was very distressing but the above mentioned staff were kind and provided clear advice that helped me make the right decisions quickly. Adeline and Tatiana went out of their way to ensure that Charlie got the tests needed asap, supported by Chris, Kacey and Isabelle. If not for them, I would CHANGE CLINICS as I do not agree with Medivet charges. Whilst I appreciate it is a business, I cannot justify how they mark their charges by at least 400% for exactly the same medication! Paracetamol that I can get elsewhere for 80p - I was charged £30!! An X-ray is charged at £600 when it can be done for £120.

  Highly recommend very clean and welcoming appointments run smoothly you don't have to wait long. Cared for my pet extremely well so sensitive and gentle with him and myself as a owner. Chris at the desk is amazing knows what he is doing great customer service understanding and patient.👍🏾👍🏾

  Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area! Thank you to all the staff at Kingsbury Branch for always caring for my pets we appreciate you all very much!
