  Whilst my cat has been "abducted" once off the street and delivered to this vets, the staff and I both had a good laugh about it and they thoroughly loved him. A few months later when going in for yearly vaccinations, the vet remembered my cat from that one incident. These are some of the kindest, pet loving, vet staff I have ever met, and I thoroughly recommend people use them.

  The vet was unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. She did not want to answer my questions. She gave the impression it was my fault my tortoise had a respiratory infection even though I had only just got him. The practice seems motivated by money rather than animal welfare. I would not use them again.

  So far, I cannot fault them. I come here to see Dr Selene Pirri for my pet, Ramen. It is difficult to find a vet who treats birds, and she is kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful with her advice. The receptionist was also very pleasant, and so far the fees have been reasonable. I hope I don’t need to come often, meaning that Ramen stays healthy, but I will definitely return if I ever need a vet for him.

  Fantastic experience from the reception staff to Selene the exotic vet. They are all so helpful and compassionate. Selene did an emergency enucleation operation on Shadow (one of my rats🐀) in April, after it had ruptured and he now has a new lease of life.Really pleased with the experience I have had with Crowthorne so far. Highly recommend, especially if you are in need of an exotic vet!
