The vets themselves are very good but trying to get them to send paperwork to your insurer is like trying to draw blood from a stone. We have been waiting months for them to send a completed form to our insurers only to call up today to find said form remains blank. While the care for your pet is good the stress of dealing with their admin team will put you in an early grave!

Thank you to Sophie, Simona and Linda for the compassion they showed me recently when we lost our beloved Cat, not only did they allow me to take some time whilst at the vet, but they offered me water, tissues and comforting words. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for empathy, answers and assistance.

We had to make one of the most difficult decisions ever last night - to have our little 14 year old baby-cat Rosie put to sleep as she was suffering from kidney and liver failure. My daughter and I were/ arebroken over the decision and our own vet not answering the phones (Medivet) for 5 hours. So we found Minightvet in Finchampstead. Kim the vet was the most beautiful soul and helped us understand the decision was right and importantly the time was right before the really nasty suffering started. That meant a huge amount to us both. Bless Kim she treated Rosie with the same love, dignity and utter gentle care and us both with profound love and patience. I have no words good enough for this lady... but to say I think we three, Rosie my daughter and me, were meant to find her. Thank you Kim - if I could give you a 6 star I would. 🙏🏻

Had a bit of a scare with my dog on New Year's Eve / New Year's Day and decided it was best to call the out of hours vet. Advice was given over the phone, and he is doing so much better now. We are so grateful to the staff who took the time to ask the right questions and give much needed advice. Hopefully we won't be in need of the service again for a while but thank you so much for being there when we needed you and for being so compassionate and professional!

Absolutely recommended! My normal day vets has a different emergency vet which was over 30 minutes drive away and I kept being put on hold so I tried and found Minight Vets locally. The care was brilliant. Unfortunately I had to have my lovely cat euthanized but I was given all the information I needed and was dealt with so compassionately. Less of importance but still worth noting that Minight Vets was half the cost of the emergency vets I originally contacted.
