I have been with ashworth vets for 8 years but overall my family have always took our pets to ashworth. Today I took my cat Presley to the Sandhurst branch as the Farnborough one is being refurbished. Presley was seen by the nurse Tash and I can't thank her enough. She went above and beyond to ease my concerns and give presley a thorough check over. Her caring nature was present and helped both presley and myself. Thank you to the whole team as always.

I was signposted here as the Farnborough branch is shut for renovations, and I am so glad I was. My chihuahua has been unwell, and in a lot of pain and the team could not have been more helpful or prompt. They were so lovely, the vet was thorough and gave me a huge amount of reassurance. The team had to order in the antibiotics we needed for my dog, which were in the very next day and they called me to let me know. On the phone call they checked in with how my dog was doing and you could hear the genuine concern in their voices. We are still looking after my dog, but I feel confident in bringing him back for his check up. All staff we interacted with were an absolute credit to their profession.

We are extremely grateful to Sandhurst Ashworth Vets for the care they gave our dog, Ryo. They quickly identified his problem and carried out emergency surgery, which we are so thankful for. The receptionist, nurses, and vet were all incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, even when we had lots of questions, which really helped put us at ease during a stressful time. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent care and compassion we truly appreciate everything you did.

Ashworth have been amazing with my poorly pug puppy. When every other vet made us feel scared and uninformed, Ashworth took the time to make sure we understood everything and also made sure we knew all our options. They even stayed open late some days to ensure my puppy got the care he needed. Thanks to the hard work of the vets, nurses and reception team my little guy has beaten his odds and is finally enjoying life as a puppy. Yes they may be a little bit more expensive but in my opinion it's 100% worth it to feel like I can trust the team I'm leaving my puppy with. You will not be disappointed in the level of care and love they offer every animal that comes through the door.
