  Fantastic concerned of my 16 year old cat with eye discharge called had a lovely welcoming warm conversation with my concerns and got an appointment that within 1hr from first initial call lovely reception staff very helpful happy welcome crystal got check with care and attention and great observation and reassurance eye drops prescribed definitely recommend to any pet lovers .crystal is part of our family. good caring vets at this branch is 💯 % tops

  Hello! Thank you SO much for the estimated run down of Petal's spay costs, we're all booked in for it now too. Also thank you for the Medivet Healthcare Plan terms and conditions for Petal and Luna, I agree to both of them continuing to have it please. Finally, a HUGE thank you again to Amber, who we had an appt with this morning, and to everyone at Kynoch/Medivet that I've ever dealt with either in appts, over the phone or in reception with my previous dog and two bunnies. I've always used your vet surgery for my pets and never had a problem, and as expected Petal and Luna's first appt with you all this morning went superbly!
