  We are just at the start of our journey with Donna, but she has already been of immense help. After taking a detailed history and listening carefully to my observations of behaviour changes and concerns, she has been able to highlight aspects that I hadn't considered, and consequently point me back to our vet with advice for medication options. We have a long road ahead of us, but Donna has deepened my understanding of my dog, and with the exercises she has set, I am already confident that I am better placed to help my girl in the coming months.

  We are so grateful to have had Donna's help with our dog's rehabilitation post hip replacement. She really helped to guide us through the whole process which was very daunting for us after a major surgery. We really appreciated her knowledge, experience and advice. She is also a truly lovely and genuine person, who made the sessions really comfortable and friendly for Heidi dog. Heidi enjoyed her physiotherapy and was always excited to arrive there.   Donna is an extremely knowledgeable veterinary nurse and physio. She was extremely sympathetic to us and very honest as to our lovely dog’s condition. We all love our dogs which Donna clearly understands and she was a wonderful support.

  I was recommended Donna by my vets in Windsor from the first contact Donna was kind and reassuring as my beautiful doggie coco had been going lame on back right . With a plan in place from the word go. with exercises and discussions on a way forward and hydro to coco has become stronger Donna also advise about muscle build up and managing pain . We went from weekly to every two or three weeks and now we have just been in jan 26 and she is so happy with coco we go back in march to see how coco is doing The environment is relax and. Welcoming and Donna is always happy for you to ring or email or just chat about anything that your worry about I would recommend Donna for any one who need hep with there pet . Lovely lady and brilliant sense of humour Thanks Donna you are truly amazing

  Donna is a fountain of knowledge on animals and is very kind and caring towards my dog who suffers with arthritis.
