  This is the ONLY vets I will ever trust. Anthony our main vet we go to is one of the first vets that has ever truly cared about my little friends. So knowledgeable about everything and takes the time to explain everything to us every time we go in. We have unusual pets that are rats and we are regularly in and out so often the ladies at the front desk know us by voice now! Without the amazing receptionists at the front I can’t imagine where we’d be if they weren’t so lovely and absolutely amazing at their job. Oscar another vet in the team has been amazing over the years with all our pets I have brought in - only the other day it was a hedgehog! Another vet that I can’t recommend enough! And finally Natasha the vet. I can’t thank her enough during a weekend we had to say goodbye to one of our rats and I was so anxious neither Anthony or Oscar were in. Natasha was the kindest and most thoughtful vet I have come across during such a hard time of saying goodbye to our boy. She was so understanding and I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am to her. Both myself and my partner appreciate what she did for us that day fitting us in. My pets mean the world to me and I recommend this vet practice to everyone I come across. They have such a great team and we are so grateful to have found them. If you want a team that really does care then this is 1000% the place to go.

  Me and my partner have had many rats over the years and anyone who has owned rats will know they are always in and out of vets. Vets4pets Maidenhead is the best vets from the amazing ladies that run the show on the front desk to the most amazing and unmatched in skill vets behind the scenes. Rats are such an overlooked animal when it comes to treatment at other vets, often mistreated or not cared about. NOT HERE, all of our rats have had the most amazing care from check ups to there last moments. Not to mention the care they take to collect paw prints, hair shavings and a beautiful hand written cards. So a massive thank you to all of the outstanding and most amazing people involved with taking great care of all of our beloved animals. I cannot recommend this amazing team enough !

  Booked at Vets4Pets and the service there was fine but it's been two months of chasing up and they haven't managed to provide the details needed to the pet insurers. It's been a real hassle and a waste of our time.

  Terrible experience. I don’t think the clinic owner is to blame, but unfortunately the vet I saw is affecting the reputation of the practice. The communication was unclear and at times felt quite condescending. Even after I asked for clear and professional communication, nothing really changed and I left feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. I was also surprised to be asked about a basic medical protocol that I would expect a vet to know, which didn’t give me much confidence. Overall, the experience added a lot of stress at an already difficult time with my cat. I did get the medication in the end, but because of the experience I’ve decided to move to another veterinary clinic.

  I recently took my 10-year-old chocolate Labrador to Vets for Pets and had a fantastic experience. The entire team was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The nurses were especially knowledgeable, which put me at ease during the visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my dog was comfortable throughout the process. It was smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt like my pet was in safe hands. I highly recommend Vets for Pets for their professional care and wonderful staff!
