I traveled 50mins especially for this vet practice in order to get a titre test done for my dog. It is very important to me that my dog is not vaccinated routinely & unnecessarily every 12mths. Booking the appt was a breeze, reception staff were very accommodating. Upon attending my appt the reception staff came straight out from behind the desk to greet my Giant Schnauzer (1st time they'd seen one) they were very considerate asking if my dog could have a treat, I'm very grateful for this, as she has 76 allergies. Emma & the male vet who assisted in the blood test were great, very friendly, my dog was exceptionally well behaved and I got my results delivered to my email, with a personal message direct from Emma, all within 48hrs. I will be back for future titre tests. Thank you for making us so welcome.

I cannot thank this vets enough for the care given to my cat puddin from the reception to the nurses to my wonderful vet Emma Pyne the procedure was explained fully to me the cost again was explained to me, and although sadly there was post op problems and puddin needed to be put to sleep I could not have received any better care from all at the surgery. I would recommend this vet to anyone in my area Thank you Medivet Burton

I have requested the animal history of my pet that was registered in Burton. First they couldn’t find any records! After they told me they had found them but it was blank! I was told the changed the system and information got lost!!! What a waste of time! Hope this review helps/alert people to keep pets records updated. Unfortunately I got my pet from someone that didn’t gave me much.

I would not recommend this practice. We have decided to go to a different practice. We feel like our cat not getting the treatment she needs. First time our cat not even been checked or touched because she was catty apparently, but they charged full price for the visit. Just time wasting. Overpriced. Parking always full need to park elsewhere with pet it's not ideal. Also first that they talking about it's money, how much another visit will cost us, Felt like they don't care about our pet health. Unfortunately this is our experience. Only been with them for a month fortunately.

I came here with my bunny for the first time after moving from a vets in stapenhill that I was NOT impressed with but they were so lovely here and I can tell the staff here really do care for the animals and not just the money. It was also really easy to book the appointment and the person on the desk was so helpful with me setting up the monthly plan .
