Hannah is always very calming & explains issues in detail in a way that is easy to understand. She never makes you feel rushed. The receptionists are always helpful, polite & friendly. Appointments are usually available within a day or two for routine matters.

Excellent vets. They've been looking after our dog for nearly 9 years and have been kind, caring and hugely knowledgeable and professional. She adores her visits and knows where she is as soon as we turn into the car park.

Our rescue Cairn Terrier was registered with this practice when we adopted him. We've only had to visit 3 times but each time they have been friendly, efficient and caring. We have several options closer to us but happy to stay with Scarsdale.

We're puppy raisers for Guide Dogs and yesterday took our guide dog puppy and our own Labrador for vaccinations. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and the waiting area was both clean and comfortable for our dogs. The vet allowed both dogs to be seen together and was very professional and gentle with them. Our dog is a little nervous of being at the vets but was given plenty of time and space to feel comfortable and the treats help her not even realise she was having an injection. For the guide dog puppy, it was a positive experience which is exactly what is needed for her in her journey to becoming a working dog. Thank you.
