  I had a good experience. I felt my cats were looked after. Was seen straight away as couldn’t get in to my ordinary vets who saw it as not enough of emergency! But Camberwell Medivet did everything they could seamlessly. The vets were so lovely. I saw and spoke to a few of them. So there wasn’t one two specifically registered to deal with my cat. But they all made me feel at ease and listened to me and reassured me. I will definitely feel comfortable in the future to return to this practice when wither one of my babies has a problem. Thank you 🥰⭐️🐈‍⬛🐈☀️🌞💐

  I switched to this practice after a bad experience with my previous vet, and I'm so glad I did. Throughout many visits, only two vets have been involved with my cat's care, which has meant the information is followed through thoroughly and consistently. Despite having a lot of clients, the receptionists and the vets remember my cat and genuinely care, which I really appreciate. The team has been thorough with the tests without ever alarming me.

  I cannot praise the team highly enough. We came in late on Friday as an emergency with our dog. That evening he was diagnosed with serious issue with fluid build up around his heart, which was successfully dealt with in early hours of the morning. When it happened again two days later, the team dealt with it quickly. We are relieved and pleased to be so close to such a skilled facility. Our best friend is now receiving his chemotherapy treatment here. Everyone we have dealt with have been very professional and supportive it what is a difficult time for a pet owner. The vets are clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. Special thanks to Louie, Ricardo and all the nursing and reception team.

  Absolutely amazing place. Our vet referred our dog here for endoscopic removal of coins (yes — he managed to swallow a few 2p coins 😁), and we were seen the very same afternoon. The whole process was quick, efficient, and handled by a fantastic team. Dr Bruno was excellent — calm, caring, and very clear in explaining everything, including the costs. We really appreciated how transparent it all was, and we felt our dog was in very safe hands throughout. After the procedure, once our dog had recovered from the anaesthetic, nurse Mel brought him back to us. She was incredibly kind and reassuring — you can tell she genuinely cares. A big thank you as well to the receptionist, who was calm, kind, and really helpful throughout — it made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you all so much for the level of care you provided. We’re truly grateful. I’d encourage people not to be put off by the occasional negative review — our experience was nothing but positive, and most importantly, they delivered exactly what mattered when it counted.

  Really clean facility with friendly staff who made me and my guinea pig feel comfortable. The vet was quite knowledgeable and tried to ensure i was aware of all the possible conditions my guinea pig could be experiencing. They were patient and my guinea pig appeared to be relaxed and happy while receiving treatment
