Obviously you expect excellent medical care; and the Neighbourhood Vet team do that. But the real stars are front and back of house. The reception team are always organised and on top of things. And the insurance specialists have always made life simple with pre-auths. You always feel like you’re in competent and proactive hands. Superb team.
Read on Google →We wanted to write this review, even though it has taken us a few months because of the grieving process after losing our beloved 16 year old cat, Milo. We cannot thank Hadrian enough for the care, compassion and dignity he showed during such a heartbreaking time. From the very beginning, he and the whole team at Neighbourhood Vet Dulwich made us feel completely supported. Everything was handled so seamlessly and gently. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way, including around payment, which meant we could focus entirely on being present with Milo in her final moments. As a family, we felt truly cared for during one of the most difficult experiences we have ever gone through. Thank you to Hadrian and the entire team for looking after her with such love and professionalism.
Read on Google →I had a pleasant experience with the Dulwich neighbourhood vet. From start to finish the staffs were attentive. They listened to all of my concerns which made the entire visit stress fee. I left feeling confident that my dog was definitely on the road to a great recovery. Thanks to all the staffs including Dr Anna the veterinarian and Zaina who came over and made the visit to the vet even more pleasurable 100/100 for your service and care.
