I visit this veterinary practice regularly with my cat, who is now 17 years old and requires regular monitoring of her kidney function, including blood tests and blood pressure checks. The team always care for her with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Sam, the primary care vet we usually see, is excellent, and the nurses, Maria and Eva, are equally fantastic. They always make a fuss of Maini (better known as Catship) during her regular visits for blood tests, blood pressure monitoring and arthritis injections. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary practice. 🐱

Our cocker spaniel puppy sustained an injury from another dog during a recent walk. Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service was the only out-of-hours veterinary facility available. We found their staff to be exceptionally friendly and highly empathetic. The attending veterinarian was particularly outstanding, providing a calming presence for our anxious puppy. She successfully treated his injuries, and he has since made a full recovery. We extend our sincere gratitude to Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service.

Ashleigh from the dentistry team was wonderful with my boy Herbie. He unfortunately fractured his tooth and she took time to explain our options for it. Herbie loved her instantly, giving her kisses and cuddles, this made me feel a lot more comfortable for his surgery day. His surgery day went well, Ashleigh kept me informed throughout his procedure and checked in a few days later to make sure he was ok. She also ensured his toy was reunited with him, which Herbie is grateful for. Can’t fault my experience. The reception and nurse team are equally helpful and friendly.

Well done all of you. Our Yorkie has been seen by few vets previously and no one could diagnose her properly. Not until she has been seen by Sam. Tola has been diagnosed with PSS Shunt and we opted for operation. Dr Will did amazing job and kept us informed every day about Tola’s progress. Unfortunately on the day of discharge Tola got worse and started epileptic seizures. Lucky to her it was only early stage. The neurologist Dr. tom start with appropriate medication. From 3 day hospitalisation she ended with 8 days. When we got her back home finally we were horrified. Tola was in vegetable state. She couldn’t even move her paws, stand up, couldn’t eat, drink. First few days was a nightmare for us. My wife turns into 24h IVU nurse at home feeding her day and night. Finally… she got better on day 3. Now, after just 8 days from discharge she is almost same dog as he was before. I want to thank you ALL for what you have done. Dr. Sam, Dr. Will, Dr. Tom, Dr Yolanda and all nurses and personnel from ICU. You did amazing job. Still long way ahead for us but at least we see her improving now.

RE: Outstanding Care from an Exceptional Team We cannot speak highly enough of the care our dog Rooi received at Willows Veterinary Centre, particularly from consultant Will Robinson. From our first appointment, Will treated both Rooi and us with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and compassion. When we received the devastating news that Rooi's condition was terminal cancer rather than the benign lipoma we had hoped for, Will delivered this information with sensitivity and clarity, always keeping Rooi's wellbeing at the heart of his advice. What impressed us most was Will's genuine respect for our feelings during such a difficult time, whilst maintaining the highest clinical standards. His communication has been exemplary - clear, honest, and delivered with kindness. Even when dealing with administrative queries, he has been swift, helpful, and professional. The fact that Willows houses all specialisms under one roof is invaluable. Knowing that Rooi could receive expert care without multiple referrals gave us tremendous peace of mind. The entire team demonstrated the same level of professionalism and compassion as Will, making what could have been an overwhelming experience as manageable as possible. We would not hesitate to return to Willows for any future veterinary needs, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking specialist veterinary care. Thank you to Will and the entire team for everything you have done for Rooi and our family. With best wishes, Sarah, Rich and Rooi
