Mate the vet that saw our Syrian hamster Peanut was exceptional in his care and support . We have struggled to find an exotic vet to look at Peanut and although it wasn't the best news , Peanut was given the best care and us ongoing support in his palliative care . We couldn't have asked for more The reception team from Solihull were also great in accommodating us with an appointment and communication, friendly and understanding Thankyou ☺️

This veterinary clinic is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and supported. They are professional, patient, and incredibly gentle with the animals. My cats can be quite nervous, yet the team here always handles them with so much care and kindness. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. The service is efficient, the explanations are clear, and the atmosphere is calm and reassuring. I’m very grateful for the way they treat my pets. Absolutely recommended.

Went there yesterday, my cat & i were very stressed after the journey there. The staff were friendly, caring & professional. We came out feeling nice & calm after his examination & injection which was given. I had to wait for a taxi to get home & wasn't rushed to leave the premises. Would recommend.
