Had my older guinea pig seen for a health check up. Really happy with the vet, he was knowledgeable and gave us great advice for our guinea pig's needs.

This practice has been out main contact for all out pets needs both now and earlier with our previous dog who passed away after 16 years of life mainly helped by the attendance received and his life with us. They do provide an excellent service handicapped by major construction work at the main branch but it was done with the best kind of service by all concerned.

I recently took my dog Bow to 608 Vets to have some lumps checked, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The vet was very professional, carried out a thorough examination, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. I felt completely reassured that Bow was in safe hands. The staff were also welcoming and kind, which made the whole visit much easier and less stressful. From start to finish, the service was caring, professional, and supportive. I would highly recommend 608 Vets to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

They tried to sell me stuff that wasn’t necessary and for £40 when they sell it for 7 on Amazon (obviously I know they need to make money on it, but that’s just greedy) They weren’t very good at customer service and try to make you pay the bill before giving you the invoice (that’s where you can see they are selling £7 solutions for £40) and obviously it’s normal practice to show someone what they are paying for first and the prices. When I refused to pay without seeing the invoice and asking 3 times the girl walk out crying saying “I can’t do it” I believe they are told to just tell you a price and put it in the card reader but I did not even need the £40 cleaning solution because warm water works just fine. I will go back to my old vets as last time my dog had an ear infection, it may have been £75 for the consultation but only £13 for the drops. With this vet It’s only £59 for the consultation but a whopping £67 for the drops and they tried to make me buy the £40 unnecessary solution too, so you do the maths?? Needless to say. I will not be going back with my dog
