Managed to get appointment very quick for our cat. Very pleased with the service and check up, they were very gentle with Puma and checked every inch of his body. Would definitely recommend. He’s had a more settled weekend so definitely think he was pleased with the service he got. Thank you for seeing him. 😻

Erika was so good. Took a detailed history and explained all procedures and what she was finding and was realistic about treatment. Very nice. These strays turn out to be an expensive breed, though 😂

I bought our cat Kits to Fivelands Veterinary Practice for her second post operation check and whilst she was there she also had the first of her protective injections. The medical staff and receptionists are all so friendly and professional and emit an aura of calm, Kits get a little bit anxious in the car on the journey but as soon as we walk through the door of Fivelands she settles.i cannot thank everyone that works there enough, and I truely believe that there type of people are special and dare I say it chosen to carry out this essential work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fivelands to anyone.

Yesterday’s visit to the vets was exceptional from start to finish. I was incredibly anxious because Lucky had been poorly since Sunday, but every member of the team showed such genuine compassion and kindness, both to Lucky and to me. A special thank you to Erica and Ellie, who took such wonderful care of Lucky. They were so patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout, and it was clear how much they truly care about the animals they treat. Thanks to their excellent care, Lucky is already making progress today, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The reception team were also so warm, welcoming, and helpful, making what was a very stressful situation feel much easier. The practice itself was spotless, with such a calm and comforting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I also really appreciated the two follow-up phone calls I received, keeping me updated with every detail about Lucky. That level of communication meant so much and completely put my mind at rest. I genuinely felt that Lucky was in the safest hands possible. It’s so reassuring to know there are people who truly care about our pets while also showing such kindness and empathy to their owners. Thank you all so much for everything you did for Lucky. We are incredibly grateful and couldn’t have asked for better care.

I booked a vet nurse appointment for a general health check for my kitten. Everyone at this clinic was amazing, from the front desk ladies to the vet nurse and others. Although it wasn’t a vet appt., they still took the time to look at my kitten to try and identify the age, which was very kind of them. I highly recommend this clinic. They seemed to care and were knowledgeable and kind. Also, the vet nurse appointment is super cheap too (£25) and they cover all the basics.
