  I experienced dismissive and unprofessional services from them and am incredibly disheartened. The owner's approach was unreasonable and lacking in customer care. It's crucial for businesses to foster an environment where clients feel heard and respected. Especially when dealing with a already highten situation. My expectation is always for respectful and efficient interactions, especially when seeking assistance with my pets. I believe in the importance of professionalism and care when speaking to pet owners. I seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

  Do not use this vet as they are unexperienced I had one colleague recommending a medication for My cat, while the other colleague mentioned that medication cannot be given to a cats and had a word with him on the side. Which was very unsettling when you love your animals and want the best for them so be careful. Also be careful as they add on fees that are unreasonable, and have not agreed to. I am in the middle of disputing one right now as I was charged nearly £150 pound because of an over hour fee bearing in mind, I paid the bill at 12:26 and they closed at 12:30 on a Saturday. After disputing it with them personally I feel like I was very unheard even though I had the proof of receipts That I had sent over. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone as they’re not compassionate and that’s a concern in itself. Be careful as they don’t always give the best advice.

  A really caring vets practice. Vet Emma has really looked after our cat Clint over the past few weeks. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a vet that’s so caring. So helpful, puts you at ease & answers all your questions. The nurses are lovely too. 100% recommend.

  We have 3 pets registered at James Horner Vets and we wouldn’t take them anywhere else! From the friendly staff on reception, the nurses and the vets we have the most fantastic experience. The animals love the staff, they feel safe and well loved by each one of them. The care we have is just amazing and I am just so grateful we have such a wonderful vets close to us that we can rely on. I’d definitely recommend James Horner vets and their subscription plan, it’s honestly a life saver in terms of having an affordable service!

  Sparkle has dramatically improved with her walking and she is relaxed enough to hop up on the sofa and snuggle on the bed again. She was super scared to go into hydrotherapy at first but everything went at her pace and now she absolutely loves going in. We see a big improvement in her every time we go and she has avoided being put on strong painkillers thanks to all of the exercises, hydrotherapy and lazer therapy that she has done. We couldn't recommend the wellbeing centre enough and Horners vets are all amazing too. Sparkle loves going in to see everyone and she sees the same vet every time. Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere makes such a big difference and Sparkle drags us in every time we visit.
