We bring our elderly cat, Lola, to see Lian and Monique at the Vet Clinic, and the whole experience is such a relief. Both vets are absolutely wonderful and take their time with Lola, even when she hisses and tries to bite! The care, patience, and kindness they show mean so much. Thank you to the whole team for being so special.

Cannot recommend this vet team enough honestly! And having rescued our girl from next door and knowing that each penny we spend on vet bills supports all the doggo's waiting for their forever home makes us love it here even more! Each member of staff are friendly, helpful and so accommodating- our girl can be nervous and that has never been an issue here (they have always worked around her sassy pants and make it clear her level of comfort is their priority). Always happy to answer any questions and always answer the phone in a timely manner too. The facilities and layout inside are also super clean and well thought out, with a cat area that is FULLY hidden from dogs and colouring for any children too (the human kind not the furry ones)! The staff on reception are always a pleasure to talk too and Paisley definitely feels like a celeb whenever she has an appointment! Highly recommend the Pet Health Care Plan they offer too-I find it really helpful to have all our health checks, vaccines and flea/worming stuff covered by a monthly payment and its super handy having the flea/worm stuff sent out to us too. Im yet to have too make a claim on insurance so not sure how well that works yet but I have complete faith that all will go smoothly and that they will help in any way they can. If you're looking for a new vet practice-this is the one. (They also do a lot of open day type events where you can look around and ask questions which is also super reassuring)

We have one dog from Birmingham Dogs Home and two others, all now registered with The Vet Clinic. (Unfortunately) all have had to visit for various procedures, and the amount of love, care, advice & compassion, has been amazing. They are a regular Vet, in that you don’t need to have adopted to become registered. It’s also great to know that any profits generated go to such a great cause

From the warm, friendly and personal greeting at reception to the incredibly professional, supportive, sensitive and kind vets. They took great care of us and our beautiful dog Jake at a very difficult time. Helen & Rob
