  My rabbit was unwell and Sinaca the vet was incredible with him. So gentle and extremely thorough in her vet check, she was able to find and treat an issue that had been missed by other vets. So grateful for her help today.

  We've been taking our own dogs, including Luna, to see Josh and the team for many years. Luna loves all the team, who are so professional and caring, and we love seeing the same vets over a long period of time so your dog can build a relationship with them. Our rescue Luna Labrador has a lot of joint issues, and some skin issues, so she's a real regular! They always take good care of her and set aside the right amount of time so we don't feel rushed.

  I had a really positive experience with Vets4Pets in Solihull. I had an issue trying to find a cat’s owner, and Ella was incredibly helpful throughout. She was so nice, friendly and approachable, and it really felt like she cared about helping with the situation. I really appreciated the support and advice she gave.   PLEASE AVOID THIS VETS AT ALL COSTS! They have sent my mums cat home in the worse state you could imagine, we will be taking this matter further as well, we will get justice for all the pets who have died in there "care". They have zero compassion and when challenged then answer with, we was not there and our staff are saying she was acting fine, loads of it could be this it could be that, no definite answer on anything! Worst service we have ever received and we will be reaching out to people who have there pets here to let them know this horror story! they are just money grabbers, they dont care at all!

  I was really nervous about my cat’s spay surgery, but the team made everything so easy and reassuring. We dropped her off at 8:30am, they updated us when she was done around 1pm, and kindly let us pick her up at 5pm to fit our work schedule. The surgery went very well, and she was clearly well cared for the whole time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team!
