  We are extremely impressed with Ivy Lodge Vets. While not being a registered patient, our dog required a cruciate ligament operation (TPLO), and we were fortunate an Orthopaedic Surgeon of our choice undertakes procedures at this Veterinary Surgery. All the staff we encountered are truly kind, compassionate and caring. We received an incredibly warm and professional welcome from Esther, who dealt with the administration side (initially with regards to our enquiry, through surgery day, and now with our follow-up appointments). Dimi was our Vet on surgery day, and Bronny was the nurse we met upon collecting our dog. Such true professionals, who showed our dog such love and care. We would highly recommend Ivy Lodge vets to care for your beloved pets. A bonus being the cost (compared to other quotes we’d received), along with their serene location, with ample parking.

  Esther was so so helpful and friendly prior to us registering with Ivy Lodge. Reception staff was really friendly upon arrival. Dimi was so patient, reassuring and no question was to much. Today was only meant to be for a vaccination but Dimi was more than happy to look into a concern we had with our dog. Overall I am so pleased we found Ivy Lodge for our dog. Thank you all x x

  Highly recommended vets. Great amd patient team that helped my working cocker spaniel Stanley out. He is petrified of the vets after bad experiences in the past and vets that didnt have patience with him. They was very professional at there job, wven made me a cup of coffee when I was feeling a little stressed. They removed a grass seed from his ear and explained everything they was going to do along the way. He had a little body mot too whilst under sedation. Thanks team.. love Stanley (I will keep away from the long crop fields for a while)

  We found Ivy Lodge Vets online after seeing their excellent reviews and contacted them for a quote regarding our husky cross, Willow's, teeth. We had tried many different methods and recommendations to clean her teeth ourselves, but unfortunately nothing had been very effective. Over time, the plaque build-up gradually became worse, so we decided to have them professionally cleaned at Ivy Lodge Vets. Initially, we were concerned about the potential cost as we had only been given an estimate before they had seen Willow. However, we were extremely pleased with both the service and the outcome. The team took fantastic care of our nervous girl and kept us fully informed throughout the day with phone calls, including discussing the possibility of an extraction, which thankfully wasn't needed. Everyone was professional, caring, and reassuring from start to finish. We would definitely take Willow there again and highly recommend Ivy Lodge Vets.
