Fantastic vets with genuinely great customer service. My dog has had a number of operations and surgeries, and throughout the whole process they kept me fully updated at every step. Nothing ever felt rushed and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident my dog was in safe hands. Highly recommend.

Myself and my partner took an injured stray here last night and he unfortunately escaped the cat carrier before we had a chance to bring him into the building. Staff were quick to come out to try and help us locate him. Offered both myself and my partner hot drinks whilst we searched and sourced and brought out some traps to try and catch him to get him the help he needs. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the help and care they showed, and both myself and my partner have both discussed making Wylies the main vets for our cat for future appointments.

Wylie vets is morden centre, well laid with good parking area. The centre is clean and staff welcoming and professional. Its not my vets and only use it to visit a Pet Blood Bank (PBB) session So Charlie can donate his blood to help doggies that need Blood for whatever reason. Well worth the effort and trip. You know when your dog will need Blood.

We have been clients at Wylies for over 35 years and they have cared for and looked after 6 of our dogs over that time. Recently, our beautiful labradoodle, Willow needed hospitalisation with pancreatitis and after a period of recovery, then needed emergency surgery for a blockage in the intestine which turned out to be a peach stone! It is hard to put into words, the gratitude we feel for the excellent treatment she received which on both counts, ultimately saved her life. From the kind, sympathetic reception staff through to the nurses who cared for her in the hospital and then the prompt, professional diagnosis and expertise of the veterinary surgeons, the care was above and beyond at every point. Our special thanks go to Simone,Tinashe,Caroline and Pascal. Wylies has always been a family orientated practice and that feeling of the family team cascades through all the staff who are obviously happy in their work. This positive feeling transcends to the animals and owners who are often at their most vulnerable as they come into the practice. It plays a big part and is conducive to the recovery and well being of the pet. I am still in awe at receiving a 15 minute personal call from the vet at 9.30pm on a Sunday to talk me through how the operation had gone. My insurance claim form was handed in at Reception late on Tuesday and by Friday the insurance company had confirmed they were paying out so a huge thank you to the efficient admin team too. I have no hesitation in recommending Wylies and indeed have done so on many occasions. With heartfelt thanks from a very old Willow[13] who promises not to eat any more peach stones and the Piggott family.

Lily, a 2.5 year old greyhound was admitted to Wylies a few weeks ago. She was extremely poorly and had pneumonia. She was in critical care for 3 nights. The care she received was first class. It is honestly down to the hard work of the vet team that she is here today with me. I was so impressed with the care she received, I have moved my other 3 greyhounds to Wylies. A huge thank you to Anna, Gemma and Lewis who was amazing with Lily. Also, thank you to the reception team who were always so kind to me every single time I visited and was upset. You are all fabulous and I will be forever grateful to you for saving Lily and also for the kindness you showed me xx
