Went to see the vets and the place is spacious with everything you need for your pet -food, accessories, beds, vets, groomers etc. We signed up to the pet club and received some fantastic discounts. Large carpark outside and excellent staff. Ben who helped us was amazing, he was so patient and talked me through how to sign up to the pet club and even found me in the carpark to return one of our bags we forgot in the store. He is an asset to the company. We will definitely be back and will use this place as our main destination for our pet's needs.

Brought some beautiful Guppies home today and are so pleased! The staff member, Scott, who assisted us picking our fish was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and overall helped us pick the best fish for our tank. Would highly recommend this store as staff go above and beyond for their customers.

Took my Springer in for a groom, she is a year old, and I was a bit worried, that the groomers might have a few issues with her, she is a very friendly dog, but this was her first groom, and she has been a bit spoilt (wrong I know) I shouldn't have worried, from dropping her off to picking her up, the service and care was amazing, the groomer was absolutely brilliant, so very caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service. I now have a very clean happy Springer 😊

The staff here are really friendly and the vets are amazing. We were 30 minutes late as we'd gone to the wrong place but they still saw us and made our dog feel very at home during his annual check up. Such lovely people. Highly recommended.
