Brilliant experience. I was looking for a vet to take my cat to, and this one really stood out. Their website is clear and transparent about the treatments they offer and what you’re expected to pay, which I really appreciated. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and the visit itself went smoothly. They were very accommodating to our needs. The day after the appointment, they even messaged to check in on my cat, which really shows how dedicated and caring the team is. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Very pleased overall with my first visit here today for my cats' boosters and annual health check. The vet examined them with a thoroughness I've not seen in 25 years of having cats, and he gave advice on monitoring my ginger's heart murmur that no other vet has. Also nice that there's no hard sell for Hill's food that comes with other practices. Great venue, too; the most calming atmosphere I've seen, with treats available in the waiting area.

I absolutely love this vet! As soon as I message the team on WhatsApp, I’m able to get an appointment—often the very same day or the next. They’re always so easy to communicate with and incredibly quick to reply. The nurses and vets are genuinely lovely, and we’ve visited both the Clapton and London Fields branches with great experiences each time. I’m so happy I switched from my old vet to Hello Vet—they’re simply the kindest, most efficient, and most caring team for my dog!

The premises are fresh and new and carefully thought out. Reception and the vet consultation were great. They were very professional, yet were friendly and kind too. My cat needs dental surgery, but as "my" branch isn't equipped to do this, I will need to take him to their London Fields branch. I expect he will receive the best care. I am nervous about any cat, especially a 15-year-old like mine, being anaesthetised, but I felt assured by the vet who saw my boy recently. The only glitch was that the entrance doorway wasn't wheelchair-friendly. That said, the receptionist and my carer managed to wrangle me over the threshold. A portable ramp was discussed.
