Recently signed my Dog and we had her first consultation yesterday. My girl isn’t the calmest when it comes to vet appointments but Jordan was fantastic with her making sure she felt relaxed and was so patient. She gave us some brilliant advice and put together a care plan for her health problems going forward. Everyone is so happy friendly and willing to help here and it’s clear there is a true love for animals in the way they operate. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a calm happy and dedicated team to look after their fur babies. Thank you so much!

Amazing practice! Booked him in that day, surgery sorted within hours. Blood results within half an hour. Eli was calm the whole time, he was given so much fuss and love he felt safe. Sent home a lot better then when he went in. Professional and clean. Very happy both the cats have been moved to this practice for all care Thank you 🤍

I recently signed my dog, Lexi, up at Griffiths Veterinary Centre. Lexi is normally an anxious dog at the vets (which I mentioned), and on her first appointment all of the staff made a fuss of her, which really helped her relax. It also really helped that there was a separate waiting area for dogs, so Lexi didn’t get wound up or wind other pets up. In the consultation, Jourdan and Marie made sure Lexi felt relaxed and safe. They were very thorough, and we went through everything about Lexi in great detail. I mentioned her occasional lame leg, and they talked me through all of the options with no pressure to go ahead with anything. I decided to go ahead with an x-ray to see if there was anything going on. Before the procedure, Marie sat me down and explained exactly what would happen and talked me through the whole process, which really helped. They also rang me as soon as Lexi was awake to let me know she was safe, which helped with my own anxiety. They then got me back in to discuss the x-rays—Jourdan showed me everything clearly, talked me through them, and made sure I understood it all. Between her and Marie, they explained all of the aftercare, what to expect etc. They also offered for me to bring Lexi back in a few days later just for a treat and some fuss, so she didn’t associate the vets or the building with anything negative. I thought this was a really lovely and thoughtful gesture. The fact Lexi went in with her tail wagging and went up to all of the staff again, very pleased to see them, I feel demonstrates how well she was looked after. I have signed her up to the care plan and I know that Lexi will be in safe hands if the worst is to happen. Big thank you to Jourdan, Marie, Dawn & Dan and the rest of the team!
