What a wonderful veterinary practice! We were on holiday in the area and urgently needed an appointment for our dog. The team were incredibly accommodating, friendly and able to see us the very same day. We were so grateful for their excellent care. If we lived locally, this would definitely be our regular vet.

Excellent vet service and cannot thank them enough for their outstanding care! They truly care about every animal. My hen became seriously ill and from the moment I contacted the practice, the response was prompt, compassionate and very professional! I was so surprised to see that my hen received the same level of compassion that other pets like cats and dogs received! Incredibly grateful to Ashley and the team and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care!

Our dog got a nasty cut on his leg from swimming in a river. It was 6pm on a Sunday and they saw us straight away. They were efficient and professional. Very happy and confident in their work and experience. Our dog is on the mend. Thank you.

A heartfelt thank you to the Moorgate Bovey Tracey team for their exceptional support during a very difficult time. Veterinary assistant Ella handled a sensitive situation with remarkable kindness and compassion. It’s wonderful to see the practice supporting young professionals, and vet Susanna’s calm professionalism and mentorship of Ella shone through. Highly recommended
