Incredibly impressed with this service, so caring and kind, really respectful but also knew what they were talking about, also not exorbitantly priced Can't recommend them enough

A gem of a practice. I always support independent vet practises and this one is fantastic. They have a mobile unit so your pet can be treated (most of the time) outside your house so there is no waking up after an operation in strange surgery kennels which is far less stressful for the animal. All the staff are really invested in your pet. They talk to you, keep you fully informed and they really care. I love this practise.

Vet was very friendly and efficient when I used this company. I’d advice to express extra communication with the assistant if your pet has any extra needs as she doesn’t ask questions but dives right in l. I went to extra trouble to get a buggie for my pet and without hesitation she let her escape and it took a while to retrieve her in the house to have the examination! Other than that, alls well. Brilliant service for those who cannot get to a clinic. Vet was very gentle and reassuring

Mercury vets are everything you want in a vet, compassionate and understanding, as well as awesome at their job, very unusual in time, I trust them totally, they actually care for your pet rather than thinking of money.
