Flynn’s Vets always provide an excellent service. My dog is anxious in the vets but from the moment I walk in the reception staff greet us and understand. They are professional and very friendly, very efficient at their job. The vet was patient, professional, took her time as not to scare my dog. She explained what the injections were for and how Mia might be later that day. Excellent service as always. Highly recommend this practice just of the Saintfield Road. Thank you from Mia and I.

We came to Flynn’s around 2 years ago and I have been amazed time and time again with the service from this practice. Friendly reception staff, easy appointments/med collection, excellent value for money and most importantly - vets worth their weight in gold. My dog Luna struggles with anxiety, I brought her in yesterday for a checkup and her annual vaccinations with Ciara. I am always nervous bringing her to the vets as I know it takes her some time to settle and she doesn’t warm to everyone. But yesterday Ciara was very patient with Luna, she got down on the floor to her level, gave her pets, treats and lots of encouragement, and she made her feel very comfortable before administering her injections. Taking that extra bit of time made the process move much more smoothly, and for once Luna left the vets happy and calm. Ciara’s compassion and patience was just beautiful to see. As a pet owner, I also felt listened to and seen throughout the appointment when we were chatting through some recent behavioural changes in Luna. I was given with excellent and practical advice for take away with me. I honestly can’t recommend the team at Flynn’s enough, they truly love and care for animals and you can feel that in every interaction.

We have been with Flynn Vets for 12 years. Thank you to all of you for your care of our rescue lurchers. You have been constantly kind and helpful. Our lurcher Danny recently had an ulcer on his eye, thanks to Terry and the team at Flynn vets Commons Brae, Danny’s eye has healed after surgery and the dedicated care from the whole team. Your care and kindness is never taken for granted. Thank you.

I can honestly say that as a family we could not recommend another vet as highly as the team at Flynns! Our beautiful German Shepherd girl Lola became very ill, very fast and it was apparent she wasn't going to get better as she had been diagnosed with cancer that rapidly took hold of her. The team at Flynns did everything they could to help Lola, they eased her pain and discomfort, allowing us to have a week with her to say goodbye properly. She was our world and we were able to take her to her happy place, the beach and a few little walks in the park and for her to have all her favourite foods and treats and best of all to get all the love we could give her! When the time came to say goodbye, they gave her the dignity she deserved and treated her with so much respect and love too! They made what was the hardest day for us easier and Michelle gave us paw prints and a cutting of her hair in a little bottle. They truly felt more like friends than vets and had so much empathy for what we were all going through and most importantly for Lola! They also sent us a beautiful sympathy card a week later. Thank you so much for your kindness and support! Jane, Lola and family. xx - Jane
