Absolutely amazing staff, 5 star treatment for mysick cat. I cannot rate them enough, I had spent alot of money with another vet and it never fixed my cats problem. Pdsa figured out the problem and has finally fixed him, im so pleased as he was suffering. The vet was so caring and understanding. Staff at front desk were out of this world helping me. 5stars

Avoid this place. My kitten who is a ragdoll went in for injections. I was given a dirty look by vet when she came in after the nurse spoke to her. I had told the nurse that he was dewormed at 11 weeks old. I suffer with social anxiety and couldn’t get my words out. The coldness of these people is unreal. I was forced to give him two deworming tablets even though he is only 21 weeks old. It’s too soon to deworm him now as a result he cannot poop. They evidently don’t know anything about ragdolls because they do eat a lot because they need a lot of calories. He is the size of a small domestic cat and he’s a kitten the vet and nurse had no idea of his breed. They had all his info on screen and didn’t bother to check his age. When I went in there was a puddle of dog pee on the floor and no-one cleaned up there were cones left out but it was being left to dry

PDSA is a wonderful caring place to bring your pets.. They give so much love and care to our pets, they made me and my dog feel so at ease when entering their place. My dog is terrified of vets, but she was more relaxed at the PDSA..

The PDSA have been fantastic with my dog, discovering she has Addison's disease. She was going to the local vets but after £1000 of vets fees with no diagnostic I called them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough but more people need to donate what they can when they have treatment to help funding.
