  Misdiagnosed my dog with a “benign epulis that is nothing to worry about” which turned out to be an aggressive oral melanoma. I stupidly trusted them and 5 months later brought him back for another check to be told by another vet that it isn’t an epulis and in fact an aggressive cancer. Wouldn’t trust a word they say, my dog went through almost a year of suffering because of their incompetence and didn’t receive one apology from them, just excuses when confronted. Disgusted by their service.

  Did everything they could for our Lupin who sadly passed a month ago. Have received great veterinary care for both of our dogs here and the staff are always so welcoming and understanding! Thank you for the lovely card for Lupin X

  Thank you to the amazing team at the vets for looking after Georgios. My American cocker spaniel is not very easy to deal with when it comes to vet appointments or grooming but we are very lucky that this amazing team always look after him so well and gets him back to his usual self. Georgios went in for a wee MOT to get his bloods checked, teeth done and ears. The team looked after him so well. Thanks again 😊❤️
