  My first time at the vets here in Balham and wow was I impressed. The team are so caring for both the animal and human guests . The layout of the surgery is so calming and well thought through colour schemes and comfort for the guasts ensuring the place doesn’t have fear in the air, coffee and charging stations devices for the humans . The consultation rooms are well set up and calm there are trats for the pets to calm them down . Tillie that’s my cat has never been so well behaved and calm it’s a pleasure . Looking at long term I also signed up to the monthly scheme I think it’s great value . Thanks to the entire team for making this a pleasure . Cheers Ric

  This was my first time ever going to a vet, and I had a really great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself was extremely clean and had a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was lovely, and the veterinarian who attended to my cat was also very kind and professional. I’m really pleased to have found a vet so close to home that provides such excellent service. Highly recommend. Ps: Thank you Jessica for putting all my worries to rest!

  An absolutely fantastic experience for myself and my beautiful puppy Rockabun. This was my first visit. I found everyone very friendly. I signed up for membership after looking on their website and seeing what they offer. I personally think it is very good value for money.

  Honestly the best VET clinic we’ve been to. The team were super friendly and welcoming. The clinic is really well designed and spacious. The vet made Harley feel comfortable and was very attentive. looking forward to visit more often.

  Took our new rescue cat here for her first check up and Lucy was absolutely great. Everyone we met was calm and so friendly. So happy to have such a brilliant vets in Balham. The goodie bag was a lovely touch with some snacks and toys for Daisy.
