This place is great. The staff are all lovely. The standard of care is clearly high. The biggest endorsement: when I’m walking my puppy nearby, he tries pulling me towards the vet. I think that says it all really.
Read on Google →Incredible staff, intuitive, caring and extraordinary. I have had above-astonishing help from them recently, and after years with another vet, was amazed that I was listened too, that they swung into action and helped me so incredibly. I cannot thank Vicky and her staff enough for their extraordinary help. Truly above and beyond - thank you so much.

Read on Google →My experience with the London Vet started in March 2020, beginning of COVID, weeks after the first lockdown was announced, the world was upside down and everyone was terrified of what is going to happen. This is when we took home our little Lisa. She needed medical help soon after we picked her up because since she was born Lisa had parasites in her body. The vet whom we registered Lisa with didn't give her all the help she needed and Lisa's condition got worse. That's when I called Vicky who spent 10 minutes on the phone only to calm me down enough so I could explain what was going on with Lisa. Her attention towards us and the excellent care that she gave her melted our hearts and we know this is the right place for us. Since then onwards we knew Lisa was in the best possible hands, the team was always behind us, providing excellent care for Lisa. We always felt welcome at the practise and this is the kind of extra mile that makes the London Vet so special. Thank you for your hard work and going over and beyond.
Read on Google →I have been a client at The London Vet for years and am always amazed at the kind, compassionate, professional care they all provide, in both happy and sad times - they make being a pet owner a reassuringly partnered experience. But this week they outdid themselves when a poor cat was hit by a car near to their clinic and the team, without hesitation offered their services in the emergency, despite not knowing who the cat belonged to. All too often vets get a bad reputation, but The London Vet are truly there to help and prioritised the cat and doing the right thing in the moment over money and payment and even took unpaid for time to console, advise and deal with the cat’s owner who was understandably in shock. It was beautiful to witness, I am so grateful to have a local, neighbourhood type vet in the middle of London. Thank you, Vicky and team x,
