I recommend staying away from Snoots. They are absolutely the most unhelpful team I’ve ever encountered. They seem to deliberately omit their policies, leaving you trapped in a 12-month contract. I wouldn’t have minded this had their service been good at any point, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The staff provide extremely poor service, and I don’t feel I can trust them with my dog.

Helped us with a paw issue. The subscription model looks very beneficial and well thought out.

Honestly? Don't snooze, use SNOOTS! This membership has been absolutely life changing for is and out pet. Every time we visited, we left feeling that humanity and care for animals still exist. No more feelings of being taken advantage of the pet insurance system and we've always been seen by the same vet! So much time, care and support we got every time that we recommend snoots to every pet owner! Please continue what you're doing, I believe that you're approach is going to change the whole vet industry in UK!

I have recently become a member of the Balham branch and I’ve been absolutely blown away by the service from the team there. I have an elderly sick cat with multiple complex issues and they have been incredibly supportive, compassionate and clear throughout her care. I have been amazed at how much more reasonable medication costs are here then at my previous vets and the team are very transparent about any costs upfront. I’m so glad at this difficult point in my pet‘s health I’ve made the move here.
