This is a fantastic vet, from the reception to Dr Conor the vet, everyone is very kind and approachable. I can't thank them enough.

Unfortunately, this clinic has gone from good to bad to awful in a period of a few years. From vets who cannot draw blood or handle a very easy pet, to not being able to get my appointment despite being on time, but the front desk was on the phone, so "I was late", but every time I am "on time", I still have to wait 20 mins for them. Disappointed.

Professional negligence: No medical help given, only empty promises I brought my 11-month-old registered breeding Maine Coon,Sura, to this clinic seeking help. I wasn't even seen by a veterinarian; instead, I was seen by a vet assistant. The only solution offered was immediate sterilization, which is unacceptable for a breeding animal. To deny a registered cat even a chance to have kittens without exploring medical alternatives is unprofessional. I am not a large-scale breeder, but I wanted to give my beautiful, registered cat a chance to have a future in breeding. The assistant simply sent me home with my cat, providing no medical assistance at all. He promised to speak with the veterinarian and personally call and write to me within 4 days with an answer. It has been a month, and I never received any contact. I was lucky that I was traveling abroad shortly after. In Europe, I was able to treat Sura successfully using Alizin (developed by Virbac, France). While this clinic claimed it is 'only for dogs,' it is a recognized treatment for both dogs and cats across Europe and is the gold standard for treating fibroadenomatous hyperplasia without surgery. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care, the broken promises, and the outdated medical advice. If you value your pet’s health and your time, look elsewhere.

I called them on 14th Jan as a fox was hit by a car 5 minutes from their Charlton branch. This was after 7PM so one of the only vets still open. The receptionist was uncaring and refused to help showing no emotion or concern towards the fox. Despite being reminded they have a duty to help wildlife and at least provide pain relief. She checked with her colleagues and still came back and refused. I managed to find another vet further away who cared enough to treat this poor animal. I would never recommend using this awful place as they are evidently only interested in making money.

I had a really positive experience with Conor. He took over my cat’s critical care last week and was excellent throughout. He handled my cat very calmly and carefully, which made a stressful situation much easier. Conor was also very thorough in explaining everything — he took the time to go over the details clearly, repeated key points so I could write them down, and made sure I understood all the options available. He also walked me through the different prescription diet solutions and explained why each might be appropriate. I really appreciated how patient and reassuring he was, and how much care he showed both my cat and me. Highly recommend.
