We have been bringing our pets to Hagley for over three years now, the Receptionists are so welcoming and the waiting area is clean and tidy. The vets are caring and I always come away feeling reassured, special mention to Steph, Ben and Ivelin for taking such good care of the bunnies. Parking is always easy with extra space available around the back of the practice.
Read on Google →I’ve been with Clent Hills for over 20 years with 5 different dogs and have recommended them to friends with pets. Always a warm welcome, staff are professional and friendly and all staff always go the extra mile to offer advice, support and help. I highly recommend this vets practice. Have always had a very positive experience in over 20 years.

The reception staff were lovely, I was always able to speak to a nurse for advice and she would speak to a vet if needed and call me back. I couldn’t of asked for better support and help. He’s doing really well now and I’m confident I can manage his diabetes, I can’t thank them enough for their care and support
Read on Google →On a very wet, cold October day, a wasp was trapped under my dogs coat that I didn't see. My poor boy was in a terrible state and I rushed him to Clent Vets who saw him on arrival as he was in anaphylactic shock. The vet was brilliant, he spotted the wasp and knew exactly what was going on and treated my boy straight away. I can't thank him enough for the quick way that we were seen and action taken to get him back to normal. Within a couple of hours we were back home and all better.
Read on Google →The clinician and reception team were lovely, patient, knowledgeable and friendly however the prices were disgusting I left feeling like I’d been robbed. When I researched what I was prescribed for my pet I felt even more robbed. Being charged £45 for a human drug you can get over the counter for £8 after paying £64 for a ten minute consultant is disgusting plus the additional £35 for pain killers I could’ve picked up from the pet shop for a fiver. You are fully taking advantage of people who love their animals and I think you should be ashamed of yourselves.
