I've used Charter Vets for 35 years, with all my dogs. They have always been wonderful and caring, especially Marcus the vet, and Ray on the front desk. I highly recommend them.

Full marks apart from the parking. The space on the carpark was so tight Mike couldn’t get out of the car so I went in on my own with Pip. He loves going there as they are all as friendly as he is! Natalie the vet said she wished all her patients were as well behaved as Pip. Annual booster jab, kennel cough blast up the nose and packs of Droncit wormer and Symparica flea treatment to take home. No big bill as we are on the health pack scheme and pay monthly instalments.

All the staff at Charter are wonderful - from the fab receptionists, to the nurses and vets, they're like an extended family and really care about furkids and their humums and hudads. Always willing to fit you in last minute and put themselves out to make sure the care of our furries are a top priority! I've been a customer for 30+ years and apart from prices going up and there no longer being a 24/7 out of hours service direct through them, the care and dedication of the team, has never waivered - thanks so much 🥰
