THE WILLOWS VETERINARY CLINIC ENDON STOKE ON TRENT STAFFS I.d give this vets minus 5 stars if i could its an arrogant vets and some years ago one of my cats was attacked by a dog a jack russell so i took it there as i was registered there as i had several times previously for injections and checkups etc etc with my other cat. i got there and there was a jack russell belonging to vicky one of the vets in reception i could not believe it especially when i rang up first to say i.m bringing at cat in to you thats been attacked by a jack russell dog unbelievable that they had left it running about as i came in eh. then it got even worse they operated on it that day. i went in day after to see how my cat was doing and was astonished to see they had put it in the same room as other customers dogs. it was no surprise when they rang me up later that day to say my cat had died i was absolutely steaming mad and still am even to this day. i have not set foot in that place ever since. a total joke and that curry guy if he.s still there is so rude and arrogant with no personality at all. YES THIS IS THE CORRECT VETS IT HAPPENED IN 2009 A LONG TIME AGO I KNOW BUT I WANTED TO ADD A REVIEW ON THIS SITE REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG AGO IT WAS. VICKY POOLE AND CLIVE CURRY ARE STILL 2 OF THE VETS THERE THEY ARE BOTH ON THE WEBSITE. IT SAYS THE EVENT TOOK PLACE ON 28/2/26 BECAUSE IT WOULDN.T LET ME PUT THE CORRECT DATE IN THE BOX

Willow vets is the most caring and professional vets I have ever used, both Tunstall and Endon. They are very reasonably priced and genuinely care about your pet.

On Monday 27/10/2025 Myself and my partner took our beloved beau to this veterinary clinic. He was desperately poorly We saw an incredible vet named Peter. Who was so kind and calm he explained everything so clearly. He did a blood test on beau to check liver and kidney function. The results took on 20 minutes. Peter explained that beau had a really low blood count and to be sure it wasn’t cancer or leukaemia he would need to do lots of other test. Beau looked so poorly we decided at the age of 12 years it wasn’t fair to put him through the trauma of this good night and god bless you beau. You beautiful boy. Peter we thank you for your time kindness and gentleness with our beau. All the staff were amazing here We appreciate you

Took our new kitten on Saturday and will not be returning again. Rude and incompetent is the only description for this clinic vets. Our 16 week kitten had an obvious scab on his ear and the vet said it was old and dismissed it. I tried to ask her some other questions she had a right face on her and couldn't be bothered, clearly waited for us to leave. It's been 2 days since this visit and his ear problem got worse. The same vet in Tunstall straight away told us what the problem was and prescribed meds. And guess what? He was nice too! My advice is dont bother and take your pets to someone who isn't trying to rip you off and act rule whist doing it.
