  Vegard & Team absolutely brilliant. They love our pets just as much as we do The knowledge and time they provide us cannot be matched by any other Practice I have used over the years. Everything is discussed and broken down with options giving our Pets the opportunity to live their lives with as much help you need And if they don’t have an answer straight away they will go and find it and provide it We have recommended this practice consistently to people and they receive the best care & Support also . Vegard & Team go above and beyond The bills are itemised so any queries & are easy to point out And you know what your paying for Nothing is done without your consent And the compassion that is given when the outcome is not always what we Want but is always the best for our pets .Again I’ve Sobbed many a time on their Shoulders But have never been rushed out ready for the next client.

  I can't say anything bad about this place. from reception, Nurses and the vets are all lovely. Great knowledge from all. compassionate and empathetic. My dog and cats love coming never a shortage of treats on hand and pet remedy to help settle any nerves. looking at some of the recent reviews I'm not sure I can agree, also being able to use the site to get the up to date reviews does help, I've always had full understanding of costs and have been offered a full break down if I required it so I'm stumped. I can honestly say coming from churchcroft the prices here are more than reasonable, I've hear from friend the vets near the island is expensive but looking in to who owns it says it all. If I had to nit-pick the only thing I find frustrating over the last few months is the parking or lack of spaces.

  Not compassionate towards pets all they think about is money and overcharging prices, making prices as they go along , not explaining diagnosis , previous reviews are from 6 ,7 years ago so not correct so maybe new management and staff , service is very poor no advice given , no breakdown given of what the charges are for? No empathy

  Easy to make the appointment which was met on the specific time so no undue waiting that could stress the pet out. Vet gave thorough health check and listen to my questions and gave sound advice. I have had this specific vet take care of my dogs over the past 10+ years and been very happy with his service so I was confident seeing him this time with my new dog feeling confident that she would receive excellent care.
