We took our sweet rescue dog in to be spayed. The staff were so kind and helpful and took such good care of her. We trust her to be in good hands each time we bring her here. They gave us good post-op advice and the staff told Fable how cute she was in her donut inflatable cone, which I'm sure helped with her healing process ☺️

We trusted this practice to look after our beloved miniature Yorkshire Terrier, who had a history of breathing difficulties and a suspected tracheal collapse. Despite this, the vets chose to put him under general anaesthetic for a non-urgent nasal flush and dental procedure something that should never have gone ahead without properly ruling out his airway condition first From the start there were red flags: His admission form incorrectly stated he had no ongoing conditions, even though tracheal collapse had been discussed with their vet just weeks earlier. His breathing rate and noise were clearly abnormal on the day of surgery, but they still proceeded with anaesthesia. The anaesthetic risk level (ASA) was left completely blank, and the records show poor monitoring and inconsistent oxygen readings. The vet’s own report admits they had to change the breathing tube twice, including one that was faulty yet they claim every precaution was taken to prevent aspiration pneumonia, which he later developed. After surgery, Bobby struggled to breathe on his own, went into respiratory distress, and never recovered. We have since obtained his records and lab results, which show several contradictions and missing details. Even their follow-up letter contains factual inaccuracies mentioning tests that were never performed and failing to explain key discrepancies in his treatment. We lost our little Bobby under their care, and our family has been devastated. He was only meant to have a minor procedure, but he came home to us in a box. If you love your pet, please think twice before trusting this practice with any animal that has breathing issues or needs anaesthetic care. They may appear kind and professional, but their clinical judgment and communication failed us when it mattered most.

Horrible experience, my puppy would have died alone in a cage while in their care. Should have known after waiting 40 min for blood results they had to restart with another blood sample so another hour waiting. They did not call me to tell me how bad he was. I had to call every 2 hours to get an update. He spent another night there instead of being rushed to the specialist, which I requested early afternoon. Didn't get update until 1:30am. They made him walk out when we went to get him to finally get him to specialist. He could not breathe and they made him walk out!! 30 min later he died in our arms. As we carried our baby out, the vet ran out after us to say he'll send us the remaing 1.2k bill which we had paid!!! Over 2k for 2 nights of neglect. Do not take your pet here.
