  The Vets Now OOH service at the PDSA is an absolute blessing to have. We had to take our fur baby here tonight and we could not be happier with the treatment he received. The wait time was not as long as I expected, and all the staff were supportive, professional and friendly. Everything was explained to us in great detail and we felt at ease. Thank you so much for being there, and for working endlesssly through the night to look after our animals. You are all an amazing team and I cannot thank you enough.

  Truly excellent - my dog ate over 10 grapes on Sunday and I called to get him sorted. We were in and out within 2 hours. The team were so kind, friendly and understanding. He had the jab to make him sick and thankfully all the grapes came back out. He is now fully recovered and I just feel so grateful that we have such an excellent and efficient service so close to us. Thank you again - such a kind and caring team xxxx

  Great service was advised to come straight down to the vets, not like the PDSA which had us going back and forth video recording asking us to do thing to my kitten which we had already tried. When we got there we had a short wait. the veterinarian that saw us she was very helpful and sympathetic. after explaining to her that she hadn't eaten for 5 days and was getting very lethargic, lts was like she wanted to eat as she would smell her food and then walk away, the vet explained that she could be suffering from nausea and gave her medication. Long story short, she is doing much better and full of life again.

  It’s just a week since I bought my beautiful cat Lois to the practice after she was injured. Sadly after X rays and keeping her under observation for several hours the hard decision was made to put her to sleep. The compassion showed by the vet was exceptional and I’m glad I found the strength to be with Lois as she slipped peacefully away. All the staff were wonderful and I can’t thank you enough, Hannah went above and beyond, she was so kind when I went back on Monday morning to pick up Lois. I know the initial fee for the out of hours seems a lot but I would have paid whatever it cost to get Lois the treatment she needed. Thank goodness for pet insurance. 🐾🩷

  Everyone here was so kind and helpful when I had an emergency with my border terrier. The vet and her nurse were both very knowledgeable and helped me understand any issues, as well as taking great care of my dog- taking time to comfort us both. Extra thanks to the girl who worked behind the desk, she was professional, very kind and reassuring.
