After a bad experience with another local vets, we were understandably anxious about our cat Ted needing surgery. From the moment we came here, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by the entire team was outstanding. Ted’s surgery was a success, and we are so incredibly grateful for the skill and dedication of everyone involved. We felt supported and reassured every step of the way, and it made such a difference during what was a worrying time. Thank you for restoring our confidence and for taking such wonderful care of Ted — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Brilliant vets. Took our chinchilla to see their exotic vet. He was fantastic, as was the brilliant nurse who held her. Very caring, both were so knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

excellent vets. Have looked after both my Guinea Pigs and always given exceptional service and care. Little things like getting them fresh daisies just make the entire time a bit easier for the animal and I really do appreciate it!

Anderson’s Veterinary Surgery gives the impression of a practice built around experience, clear communication, and genuine care for animals and owners. It’s easy to find and contact, and it’s reassuring to see it listed through established professional directories alongside straightforward contact details. A standout is the tone the practice sets: supportive, open, and focused on helping people make informed decisions when a pet is unwell—exactly what you want from a vet, especially in stressful moments. If you’re looking for a local Bromley vet that feels both professional and personable, this is a strong option.
