My local was unexpectedly closed when my terrier's claw was ripped most of the way out. Headed there and they saw me two minutes later. Two minutes after that they brought him out, put a claw in my hand, and told me there was no charge. Amazing folks.

Wonderful staff, great service, really caring and considerate, I've had to very hard visits here over the past 2 years and the staff have been wonderful. Most recently my oldest dog needed emergency surgery and they were fantastic, in straight away, sorted with insurance, no stress and great after care.
