  We had our first visit this morning and the whole experience was excellent. Staff were supportive and sympathetic. Waiting room was calm and spacious. We were informed of veterinary fees before we committed which was helpful, as we are pensioners. Finally, there was free parking close to the surgery and tea and coffee were available.

  Fantastic service from the team and practice! We brought our dog in for her yearly booster, the practice is spotless, and the reception team are so accommodating. The vet Javier was great with our nervous/ anxious dog, he took his time to gain her trust, and carried out a full heath check, while explaining to us what he was checking. He was so gentle and caring with her, and she did not even flinch when he gave her the vaccines. Thank you the pet vet Warrington ! 🩷 highly recommend to everyone.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience at the Pet Vet Warrington. The customer service was professional, polite, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The vet consultation was thorough and clearly explained, which gave us real confidence in the care our pet received. We also really appreciated their customer-friendly opening hours, especially being able to visit over the weekend, which made things much easier for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional veterinary practice.

  We brought my Mum's Dog of 14 Years in for a consultation after a tough couple of days for her, the clinical team were really sensitive & took the time to explain our options for Rosie after thoroughly examining her. Adam (Customer Experience Manager) helped us through the process & made us feel at ease. Offered us a hot drink & really made an effort to make sure we were comfortable. We decided in the end to have Rosie put to sleep, we were given loads of time with her and weren't pressured at all even though it was close to closing time. The team kept me updated throughout the entire process & we collected Rosie's Ashes last week. Thank you to Adam and the Team at The Pet Vet Warrington for making such an important time for us so comfortable & special.

  Absolutely amazing vets , got my kitten booked in for castration and microchip on the day I choosen , vet nurse was absolutely lovely when I dropped him off weighed him and explained everything throughly I left feeling really at peace , got a phone call with a update and met my needs for a pick up time , on collecting him a different vet nurse talked me through the after care step by step , receptionist was very welcoming I really do highly recommend this vets ! Thanks for taking good care of our Pickford and all the advice and after care given I can’t thank you all enough ! See you soon when I return with our new addition Bella thanks so much ❤️
