  Our pug, Cookie, was referred for a corneal ulcer, and although the situation initially felt traumatic, Kathryn and the amazing team made the entire process so much easier for us. Even after Cookie had to have her eye removed, their warmth, compassion, and professionalism provided immense comfort. Kathryn, in particular, was outstanding, and their care for Cookie was exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone needing specialized eye care for their pet. Thank you for looking after our girl so incredibly well.

  I highly recommend Dr. Natasha. The entire referral process for my dog, Frank, was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Not only did Dr. Natasha provide exceptional specialist care for Frank, but the clinic also made the process of claiming from my pet insurance incredibly easy and stress-free.   After my French bulldog Rupert was diagnosed with an ulcer on his eye we were recommended 2 specialists. This was rather confusing and worrying at the time but after visiting Katherine and the team those worry’s was set aside. The staff were knowledgable, kind and compassionate and would highly recommend people using the services they offer. Thank you all once again from me & Rupert :)

  I was referred to Animal eye care with my frenchie Lennie who had a reoccurring ulcer. I cannot praise Kathryn and the team enough. From the very first consultation Kathryn was not only professional but the most caring animal DR I have met. She has empathy and warmth and had such a caring manner with my dog which put us both at ease. Even the receptionists are so lovely and friendly. I can highly recommend this hospital.

  An amazing place! My (difficult) Rottweiler was referred here for entropion surgery. Every single member of staff was absolutely brilliant. They are patient, kind and a credit to their job. Robert and Natasha are brilliant and really took the time to get to know and build trust with their grumpy patient! After surgery his eye is healing brilliantly and my pooch is the happiest he’s ever been. Thank you so much to everyone who works there!
