  Great vet and staff, and I was very happy with the consultation. Scott Harvey was really kind, listened well, and handled my dogs with genuine care and compassion. The reception team were friendly and the practice is large and modern. The location is brilliant, plenty of parking, and a big patch of grass for your dog to do use before the appointment! Also there’s a cute little walk around a pond opposite the practice if you want to have a stroll after, just be mindful to keep your dog on lead (small area near a road & lots of geese) 🪿🩷. My only criticism is that this is the only vet practice I’ve used that insists on posting the original prescription rather than allowing a scanned copy to be sent directly to the online pharmacy. Because I received the prescription on Thursday and wasn’t told I had to send the hard copy, I sent the digital copy of it to Pet Drugs Online. I’ve only just received an email asking for the hard copy from them - it’s Saturday now, so it wont be until Monday or Tuesday for it to reach the pharmacy, and likely earliest Friday next week before the medication arrives. In the meantime, my dog is going to run out of medication for several days and be in pain unnecessarily. If the reason for the hard copy is because they’re worried about forgeries there’s no difference - a forgery could be made digitally and sent online *or* printed. It feels like an unnecessarily slow system and I hope the practice reviews this policy ASAP to avoid delays and pets suffering with their issues for longer unnecessarily. Otherwise a great experience and I’d recommend if you don’t need a prescription too soon.

  Very cat-friendly and highly recommended. Today, I took my kitten for his first vaccination. The veterinarian was extremely gentle and caring, carefully lifting him out of the carrier and placing him on the scale. After administering the vaccine, the vet even took the time to gently massage the back of him neck, which I found very thoughtful and reassuring. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly and even helped by opening the door for us. The clinic is very new, spacious, and has plenty of parking available, which made the visit even more convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic.

  I visited the Warrington branch yesterday as I suspected some issues with my cat’s teeth. Scott was absolutely amazing. My cat was very nervous but he was compassionate and really gentle with her. It’s clear he’s an animal lover. He managed to fit my cat in that day for dental surgery and reassured me she would be fine. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) and gave me an update once my cat had received her pre-op. Scott is a credit to the practice. Jack carried out the surgery and although I didn’t get to meet him, my cat seems to have coped really well, so he clearly did a great job. I have to say a huge thanks to the receptionists too. Megan and Magenta were very helpful. They gave me updates regularly and were super helpful. When I went to pick my cat up, I saw Andrea, who again answered all my questions. Every single person I met at the practice was fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Warrington branch. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Scott! All your help and kind words were much appreciated!

  Everybody (vet receptionists & vet) were lovely and welcoming. The reception area was very clean and well organised. I asked about bringing in a urine sample to be tested. I was given clear advice about the different tests and details of cost. On looking online, however, it states that samples must be tested or refrigerated within an hour. I wasn’t told this and wonder if any sample would be invalidated if I had, unknowingly, held on to it longer.

  The jury is still out on this vets. The reception staff were amazing really welcoming and actually listening. However the vet we saw didn't really have people skills. She didn't engage in conversation and the whole thing was hard work. I know it comes down to how they treat the animals and that is the number one priority but the main relationship is with the owner. The fur babies just know it's a vet, the owner however has to trust the vet and build a relationship, thus first consultation unfortunately didn't do that. It's only one vet though so I'm hoping the rest are okay
