  Our cat was seen by Dr Ezgi Ozkaradigin over an ongoing issue with his blood test results. Ezgi was amazing and truly the best vet we have seen! Her communication was always perfectly clear, she was always able to present us with a number of options that were available - giving us sufficient information about the pros and cons of each and was really helpful in determining next steps and treatment options. She really made us feel at ease and relaxed and made us/and the cat feel like an important patient and was able to offer us comfort in stressful times. Thank you Ezgi!!

  Puts profit before animal welfare. Corporate greed taking over this vets on a grand scale. More and more in the last year. I’d urge you to watch the programme “Why are Vet Bill so High?” on the BBC 12th Jan and it highlights exactly the problem with this industry which is becoming more exposed and prevalent. This Vets4Pets clinic and chain is a prime example of it. Vets required to push how far they can upsell to gain profit on problems with your animals that come through the door rather than focused on good treatment and keeping costs low.

  Ridiculous costs and prime example of a vets taking advantage of people who love their pets with ridiculously inflated prices which has gotten worse and worse, particularly over the last year. You also never see the same vet. £4200 for a 4 year old dog’s pyometra surgery. They was ok’d for an upper limit of £4000 if it came to that and surprise surprise, it cost that exact amount. More recently my dog has suffered with vaginitis which cost £150, £75 of which they charged for purely antibiotics and the cheek to charge £5 for a urine sample pot. If you take the sample pot in they want £50 just to “dipstick the urine” which involves putting a test strip into the urine and They then wanted another £370 to send the urine sample off to the lab for testing. That’s diagnostics before you’ve even received any treatment! When I queried the fee as even the receptionist was shocked when she told me what it would cost, the vet went to the back again as she could see I clearly wasn’t going to pay that and somehow came back with a new figure of £180. I’m not sure how they can just halve the quoted price just because I’ve questioned it. That in itself is fishy as Ken. I’d advise you to look elsewhere, find a different or more local vet or shop around. We will be going elsewhere after this episode after putting it up with increasing prices for over five years at this vet which are most certainly not in line with inflation. The practice is most likely raking in hundreds of thousands of pounds in profit every day.

  I would highly recommend this veterinary team to the pet owners. It's my first time to adopt the astray cat and it was quite urgent. The team provided many useful tips for me to raise my cat. With their help, my cat has been fully vaccinated and completed the neutering within a month. That really helped. My cat has now fully adapted to our new home.

  Everyone was lovely from reception to the vets themselves. Everything was explained to me in detail, I never felt like I was a bother when phoning. I felt like Juke was one of their dogs and Juke pulls us into the shop because he loves the attention he gets by all the lovely staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou so much Team!!
