  I found this clinic through a friend’s recommendation, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Gia Naciu was absolutely exceptional. You can immediately see how passionate she is about caring for animals, and that genuine dedication made all the difference. After visiting several other clinics where the vets seemed uninterested and couldn’t identify what was wrong with my cat, Dr. Naciu finally helped us find the real problem. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion gave me confidence from the very beginning. I also really appreciated their honesty when it came to the cost of treatment.   I had such a great experience at this clinic. It’s never easy taking a cat to the vet, but everyone made the visit as stress-free as possible. Dr. Gia Naciu was amazing with my cat, so patient, gentle, and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very reassured. The receptionist was lovely and made changing vets after my move incredibly easy by helping arrange the transfer of my cat’s records. The nurse was also wonderful and very gentle when helping taking my cat’s blood test. Everyone was friendly, caring, and professional. I’m so grateful for the excellent care my cat received and would highly recommend this clinic!

  After three years, we finally found a veterinary clinic and a doctor we are truly happy with. It feels so good to have a place where people really care and want to help our dog. Dr. Gia Naciu is amazing. She always takes time to explain everything in a clear and simple way, which is very important for anxious pet owners like us. She is patient and never rushes the appointment, which makes a big difference. She also offers different options for treatment, so we can choose what works best for us and feel comfortable with the plan. The nurses and the reception team are also very kind and polite. They are always friendly and ready to help, which makes every visit even more comfortable. We feel much more confident and calm knowing our dog is in such good hands.

  Incredible veterinary service in London. You can expect super compassionate and knowledgable staff, extremely thorough care, and a place where you and your pet feel supported, heard, and looked after. My dog is like my child (a 6.5 year old mini labradoodle) and I trust VV with his life, literally! Their membership plans are beyond worth it, HIGHLY recommend for any pet parent who cares about their pet's health. The annual teeth cleaning, monthly flea/tick/deworming, travel documents, and other membership perks make the monthly cost a no brainer. I've also found, in addition to the care being better, the costs are actually also better when compared to other vets like Medivet or Creature Comforts.
