I had previous spoken with Gia regarding treatment of my older cat Pip. She was extremely helpful and today was his first visit and all went well. Gia and the nurse Evie were very helpful and professional. I have signed up for the basic monthly healthcare plan which will definitely help with regards to costs and when I register my other cats I get a discount. All good and highly recommended.

We’ve been with Virtue Vet since Bruno was just 8 weeks old, and I truly couldn’t wish for a better vet for him. I always felt supported, listened to, and never rushed. The care here feels genuinely thoughtful and personal. A very special thank you to Kiekie — she is honestly the person who keeps me sane when I worry about my puppy. She is always calm, kind, and in touch, and she knows exactly how to reassure me. Even when something turns out to be a behaviour issue, she communicates directly with our trainer so Bruno gets proper, well-rounded care. That means the world to me. So grateful to the entire Virtue Vet team for taking such good care of Bruno and for taking such good care of me too 🤍 Highly recommend from the bottom of my heart.

My dog Bruno has seen Allison multiple times- he’s generally scared of the vet, but she’s so gentle, professional and kind. Always takes the time to explain what’s wrong and a plan going forwards. Only good things to say.

10/10 They took us on a last minute appointment to see Minnie. They were understanding and super helpful, they offer snacks for pets while they wait and the interiors are nice and comfortable. They also offered us tea whilst Minnie was getting treatment. They were caring and the most important human ❤️ they understand how much you love your pets. Thank you ❤️
