I couldn’t be more grateful for the care Tom my cat has received from Dr Michael. Tom has a chronic disease so we do end up at the clinic more often than we’d like and every time he’s been looked after with real professionalism and genuinely thoughtful care. Dr Michael is calm, thorough and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes stressful situations much easier to manage. There’s never any sense of being rushed and you feel he truly understands the long-term nature of Tom’s condition. Whenever Tom has a flare-up Dr Michael is always on hand and takes excellent care of him. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic!!!

Absolutely exceptional vets. Wildly exceeded my expectations. Melody was incredibly kind and patient, and went above and beyond in what was a routine vaccination and check up for my cat, Poppins. Poppins also felt very at ease with Melody, which was so reasurring as she had been very distressed en route. Also a very reasonable price as I was expecting to pay a lot more. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful local vet. I am so happy I have moved to this practice. 11 out of 10 would recommend

This was our first visit to the clinic since registering, and I have been to many vet practices over the years with both Sunny and my other dog. I can genuinely say this was the most thorough and reassuring appointment we have ever had. It felt like Sunny had a full MOT. Dr Michael was brilliant. He explained everything clearly, showed real depth of knowledge and experience, and put me completely at ease. I left feeling confident that this is the right place for her care. Pricing felt fair and reasonable, and there was no pressure for unnecessary tests or add‑ons. The clinic had been recommended to me by several people I know who bring their pets here, and I recall a couple of them specifically praising Dr Michael. From registration to booking the appointment over the phone, the reception team were also very friendly and helpful. After our visit, I can confidently say it was an excellent first experience.

From start to finish, amazing experience. We brought our frenchie in for a specialist eye appointment with Andrea and it was 5 star treatment from start to finish. She made our dog (and us) fell so at ease he didn't mind the examinations. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with Michael and the team at the clinic when my cat, Ginger, had her teeth extraction. Michael took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which meant a lot to me as I was extremely stressed on the day. I left the clinic feeling reassured that Ginger was in very good hands and that she would be okay. After the surgery, Michael again walked me through everything that had been done and explained Ginger’s teeth situation and her overall health clearly and thoroughly. The price for the procedure was also very reasonable, and I was amazed by how well Ginger recovered. I honestly didn’t expect such a smooth recovery, she is now happy eating, playing, and even more affectionate than before. Thank you so much to Michael and everyone at the clinic for taking such wonderful care of Ginger.
