  I cannot begin to comprehend the practice that not only my dog but my family also received at Vets 4 Pets Wycombe Marsh. In September of 2025 I had to make a very tough decision to put my dog to sleep at just 2 years old. It was a very upsetting time. On the day of his euthanasia my mother and sister took him to this appointment. We had prior visits before then which I was more than satisfied and happy with so felt so comfortable knowing that this is where my dog would be safely and professionally put to sleep. Fast forward to the day. My dog was filled with energy they were very loving towards him giving him lots of love and treats etc… when it came to the time to administer medication to euthanise him, he was not sedated prior they put the medication in as he was still jumping around. He then tragically collapsed to the floor, he was struggling to breathe and trying to get up with the medication slowly stopping his heart he struggled. My family had to witness this. Not enough medication was given to him so my family had to endure this for minutes whilst the practitioner had to leave the room to collect more medication. The practitioner knew this was poor practice as she apologised to my family multiple times. I have emailed to complain and the response I got in kind words is that this didn’t happen. Which is an absolute lie.

  The vets at Wycombe Marsh are amazing, based in pets at home , over the years Julia and the team have looked after all my pets right up to the end. They have so much time and patience for the special ones who need it. Each time I pop in they are always friendly and helpful. They have never given treatment where it wasn’t needed and if you can’t pop in you can email if you need advice or support. Thank you all again

  Just wanted to write a quick review for your new vet Kai- he is so thorough with his work and very friendly. He was extremely patient and kind with my dog and checked him over four different times in that first appointment in case anything was missed. He’s fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Myself and my mum have been going here with our dogs and rabbits for about 5 years but the experience my mum has just had was unexceptable. Was told there was nothing wrong with my mum's rabbit twice. No tests offered. Sent away with drugs. Then was told it was her teeth had a operation done £500. All guessing. Flo sadly passed away yesterday the care she was given was just not good enough. I believe Flo suffered unnecessarily. We have now moved vets.

  Vets4Pets Wycombe Marsh will always be our go to. The team are wonderful, reception staff know my dogs well and always greet them with a fuss. The care we’ve received has always been amazing, they’ve always solved the problem and always offer follow ups if needed. We make use of the pet plan, which also has come in very handy for last minute visits and nurse appointments. Thank you guys!
