  Excellent service from the start. I was unsure as to whether the issue was an emergency when I called the out of hours. I was provided with all the information in order to get to the location to be be seen. When I arrived staff were friendly and informative dealing with the issue quickly. My cat was provided with pain relief making him calmer and more comfortable

  As an emergency service user I found the process of getting my dog seen so easy and efficient. The staff were so kind and reassuring that I felt my dog was safe and in good hands. I would highly recommend

  Please only use them as an absolute last resort!! Took my geriatric cat (aged 18) in on Friday evening, as she had been sick , was shaking, lethargic and not eating, the vet said she could find nothing wrong apart from a slightly raised temperature which she said was normal during a vets visit? And maybe symptoms were because she had been sick. Cat was given an anti sickness injection and we went home, £380 lighter. I called the next day as no improvement and was told it would cost another £140 just to visit again for them to run blood tests- who knows how much they would have cost!! Rightly or wrongly gave a lot of TLC over the weekend and I took the cat to a local vet today, she has raised temperature , which they wouldn’t expect! and was given antibiotics, anti inflammatory and appetite medication £140, I appreciate out of hours incurs emergency fees, but would have appreciated a more thorough visit, like the experience we had at local vets today, I think my cat would have too!! fingers crossed she will be ok.

  The staff are amazing, my cat was seen quickly and everything was explained to me fully. They took the time to make sure I understood everything at what was a stressful time. The whole insurance claims procedure was also explained in full. Absolutely amazing service.

  Service was amazing they really looked after my jackapoo who went in with sickness and diarrhoea. They explained everything they were going to do then came and spoke to me with the findings and explained the best options for my dog. He had to stay overnight and was put on a drip with antibiotics they called the next morning to say what they had done and how my dog was doing and to say what the next step was. We took him home the next morning and even had a follow up phone call I was really happy with the service and was glad they looked after my dog so well.
