My wife called up at around 4 o’clock to see if there were any emergency appointments available as we came home from work and found one of our two cats had a swollen leg and couldn’t put it down. They had an appointment available at half past 6 which we were very grateful for. From when I walked in until I left, it was a really pleasant experience, considering. The ladies at the reception / pharmacy were really nice and Chloe Eberhard, the vet, was great. Such a nice person, knowledgeable and really good with my cat. Prescribed her antibiotics and an anti inflammatory and my cat seems to be really happy today and is wandering around like normal! Thanks so much everyone for your help and care.

We took our fur baby to crossroads high Wycombe for the first time yesterday. She'd never been to the vet with a problem before but now she's old and struggling to move around. We'd been so nervous about taking her. I'm so glad I took her to this vet rather than her old vets. The staff were lovely! The vet explained everything to me so I knew what was going on with her and how I can help her etc. She really listened to everything and found a medication that won't upset her. There was no jargon or judgment. They let me and my children in the room with her and let us keep our dog calm etc... such a different experience from our previous vets. So glad we chose Crossroads! We're not worried about going to the vets anymore! Thank you all so much!

After having 6 dogs, 3 cats and a lepord gecko, ive visited a lot of vets. Crossroads are one of the best. In am emergency they know what to do and put you at ease, for general checks and jabs they are friendly, caring and kind.

Beware - do not use! After being with the practise for 10yrs unfortunately they now put financial gain over the welfare of patients. My dog was given an expensive rhinoscopy when a swab would have sufficed (only found this out after investigation after my dog had to be put to sleep). Complained and they lied about interactions they had with me, despite me having other witnesses at the time. The practise is part of the IVC Evidensia group - owned by Mars (chocolate brand). They are practising profit over genuine care and welfare of the patient. Look to an independent Vet!

A good veterinary practice, when you get to see a vet they do provide some fantastic medical care and give good advice. There is a specific seating area for cats that is shielded from the rest of the waiting room, with feliway and blankets to keep you cat safe. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the fact that sometimes the receptionist staff make it difficult to see a vet or gear feedback from a test.
